Description
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Rubrik, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, driving innovative technical programs, customer demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. You'll architect Rubrik's data protection and cyber resilience solutions for enterprise customers in Kansas and Missouri, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales engineering experience in software or data center environment
- Fundamental knowledge of cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics
- Strong business acumen and experience working with C-level executives
- Highly energetic with a strong hands-on, 'can do' approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple calls/demos per day
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and direction for pre-sales activities
- Assist in analysis, design, and development of integrated technology solutions
- Demonstrate technical expertise on Rubrik products, distributed architectures, and competitive storage offerings
- Make technical and sales presentations to customer technical staff and senior management
- Lead technical sales calls and qualify sales opportunities
