💼 About This Role

You'll bridge CAM programming and shop-floor execution to diagnose and resolve manufacturing failures in a fully autonomous factory. You'll own process stability across CNC programs, machine setups, and inspection workflows, ensuring reliable production outcomes for aerospace and defense parts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Root cause and correct failures across CNC programs, setups, and inspection workflows
• Refine toolpaths and machining strategies based on real-world machine behavior
• Collaborate with CAM, quality, and automation teams to align process solutions
• Identify systemic weaknesses and drive standardized improvements across the factory

📋 Requirements

• High-level problem solving for complex multi-variable manufacturing issues
• Part process knowledge including development, programming, setup, and troubleshooting
• Experience with CNC programming software and CAD modeling tools
• Deep understanding of machining and/or inspection processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 5-axis milling machines
• Experience with hyperMILL, NX, Heidenhain, Fanuc
• CMM programming and inspection experience
