💼 About This Role

You'll join the AI Engineering Team to build AI-powered development workflows that enable users to describe apps in natural language. You'll define the future of AI-assisted full-stack development on a platform used by millions. This role combines LLM-driven product features with proprietary model training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve LLM reasoning & retrieval techniques for AI development tools
• Design and build agentic workflows for multi-step app generation
• Fine-tune & optimize LLMs for AI-assisted app-building
• Scale AI research into production

📋 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in AI, ML, NLP, or related field with 2+ years industry experience, or 5+ years industry experience as ML/Software Engineer
• Strong experience with transformer models, RAG, and dataset curation
• Experience with agentic AI workflows and chatbot-style LLM interactions
• Proficiency in Python, Typescript, Hugging Face, LangChain
