Description

You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements in a cybersecurity-driven environment, advising on security representations, data protection, and risk. You'll partner with sales and cross-functional teams to align contracts with security practices and risk posture.

Requirements

• Experienced in-house cybersecurity or SaaS commercial counsel
• Strong familiarity with security programs and compliance frameworks
• Confidence advising senior leaders on speed-security-risk tradeoffs
• Practical, business-forward mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage complex deal flow

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements
• Serve as trusted advisor on security representations, audit rights, and liability frameworks
• Translate cybersecurity risk into actionable legal guidance for enterprise deals
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Security, Product, and Customer Success
• Support procurement matters for vendor risk consistency
