💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the financial infrastructure for a fast-growing Austin-based apparel brand. You'll establish scalable systems, GAAP-compliant processes, and strategic reporting to support next-phase growth. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of accounting operations and business strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map and maintain chart of accounts
• Build monthly financial statement close process
• Develop board reporting packages and forecasts
• Establish internal controls and procurement practices

📋 Requirements

• GAAP financial statement preparation experience
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• ERP system implementation or administration
• Inventory accounting experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in apparel or consumer goods industry
• NetSuite or similar cloud ERP proficiency
• CPA certification
