💼 About This Role

You'll join a dynamic bookkeeping team, processing invoices and performing reconciliations in a global environment. Your work will directly support financial operations for a fast-paced company using NetSuite ERP. This role offers hands-on experience with international transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and record vendor invoices (local and international)
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• Review and process employee travel and expense reimbursements
• Post journal entries and assist with periodic tasks

📋 Requirements

• Up to 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Bookkeeping Certificate Type 1+2 - mandatory
• Experience with bank and credit card statement processing - mandatory
• Good level of English – mandatory

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite and PayEm is an advantage
• Strong Excel skills – mandatory
