Description

You will lead technical investigations, build infrastructure and processes to assess and improve Starlink aviation hardware performance, and apply data science to drive operational efficiencies and customer experience improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data analysis, or other STEM discipline
• 1+ years of experience with SQL
• 1+ years of experience with data analysis in Python/R
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Willing to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead technical investigations on performance or reliability issues and present findings to executives
• Build and maintain critical infrastructure, tools, processes, and custom software for hardware performance assessment
• Apply data science and statistical inference to analyze data and build models to improve customer experience
• Develop tooling and operational processes to improve customer issue resolution and hardware processing efficiency
• Build data pipelines and dashboards for performance and reliability metrics
