You'll drive operational excellence for our AI authoring products, building scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Your work will power asset generation and LLM inference tools that transform game creation. You'll establish cross-team standards for deployments and observability, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable solutions for AI backend platforms
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, security, and cost-efficiency
• Define best practices for Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes deployments
• Drive CI/CD automation and A/B testing framework

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping complex user-facing software at scale
• Hands-on delivering cloud backend services with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD
• Proven observability expertise with Grafana and monitoring tools
• Strong software delivery and network security practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to ML infrastructure or LLM inference deployment
• Backend service development including API design
• Familiarity with C#/.NET, Python, or Go
