💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead a scalable accounting function for a fast-growing financial services organization, overseeing GAAP reporting, close processes, audits, and internal controls. Reporting to the CFO, you'll drive operational excellence through system automation and team development to support rapid growth and acquisitions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly close, reconciliations, and variance analysis for multi-entity structure
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
• Manage treasury, cash forecasting, and banking relationships
• Act as product owner for accounting systems (Sage Intacct, Bill.com)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 7-12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with ASC 805, 606, and 842

• Master's in Accounting
• Financial services or wealth management industry experience
• Proficiency in Power BI or other reporting tools
