You'll deep-dive into daily operational issues and manage cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions. This is a critical individual contributor role during our rapid international expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit FC Hub daily operations for quality standards adherence.
• Manage hub-level teams through influence to drive corrective actions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on quality defects and bottlenecks.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs for operational health.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in sortation logistics or quality auditing.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis using data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or last-mile logistics.
