💼 About This Role

You'll support rapid prototyping and lab test setups for cutting-edge power electronics at a startup focused on grid-scale converters. Your hands-on work will directly drive product reliability and quality across electrical and mechanical assemblies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and modify prototype units from engineering drawings
• Fabricate test fixtures and wire harnesses
• Operate lab test equipment for validation and testing
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex manufactured assemblies

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on technical assembly and troubleshooting experience in electrical/mechanical systems
• Experience with teardown and diagnostic of complex assemblies
• Familiarity with hand tools, soldering, and lab equipment
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics

✨ Nice to Have

• Electrical aptitude with PCBAs and power electronics measurement equipment
• Experience with wire harness and cable assembly fabrication
• 3D printing and SolidWorks experience a plus
