💼 About This Role

You'll build AI agents and configure workflow automations for enterprise customers using Statisfy's platform. You'll lead technical onboarding and deliver BI dashboards to surface customer insights. This role bridges customers and product to ensure successful deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI agents in Statisfy's Agent Studio for onboarding and monitoring.
• Configure workflow automations to match customer business processes.
• Lead technical onboarding and integrate CRM, support, and product systems.
• Design dashboards and BI reports for customer insights and ROI metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical role (FDE, Solutions Engineer, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of SaaS systems and integrations (CRM, support, BI).
• Experience with workflow automation platforms or low-code tools.
• Comfort with SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Superset, Cube.js).

• Familiarity with LLM agents, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with scripting or automation.
