💼 About This Role

You'll create beautiful outdoor spaces for homeowners, from gardens to hardscapes. You'll work directly with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring durable, high-quality results. Hands-on work and creative problem-solving are at the core of this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and install plant beds, gardens, and lawn areas.
• Build patios, walkways, and retaining walls using pavers and stone.
• Maintain landscapes through pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups.
• Communicate with homeowners to understand goals and preferences.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in residential landscaping or hardscaping.
• Valid NC Driver's License and insurable driving record.
• Strong understanding of horticulture, grading, and drainage.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment including skid-steer and compactors.

• Experience with design plans or sketches.
• Knowledge of irrigation system installation.
