You'll lead a store to achieve sales targets and develop a passionate team at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll handle recruiting, performance management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced mall environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain team members
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and shrink/loss prevention
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promotions

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
