💼 About This Role

You'll independently maintain and troubleshoot critical data center infrastructure, ensuring high availability and operational efficiency across electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems. You'll perform advanced troubleshooting, execute preventative maintenance, and support infrastructure upgrades for a leading IT solutions provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical infrastructure systems such as UPS, generators, and HVAC.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of facility issues.
• Execute and document preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support installation of racks, cabling, and customer equipment.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in data center or critical facilities environment.
• Hands-on experience with electrical distribution and cooling systems.
• Working knowledge of building management systems (BMS) such as Niagara.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in facilities engineering, mechanical, or electrical field.
• Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
