💼 About This Role

You'll own relationships across government, academia, and industry for Workato's AI Lab in Singapore. You'll drive pipeline, talent, and co-innovation projects by translating ecosystem engagement into concrete outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working directly with the AI Lab team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage operational relationships with EDB, GovTech, and IMDA for the AI Lab
• Coordinate rollout of programs like the Agentic Enterprise initiative
• Structure partnerships with universities to build student talent pipeline
• Plan and execute events to establish AI Lab as thought leader

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in ecosystem development or partnerships
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across public and private sectors
• Based in Singapore with local ecosystem familiarity
• Interest in AI and enterprise technology
