As a BAYADA Home Health Care RN, you will provide one-on-one private duty care to clients in their homes around Gibbsboro, NJ. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment while focusing on a single client per shift.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in good standing in New Jersey
• Experience in hospitals, long-term care, or schools is transferable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) for a single client
• Deliver care for common diagnoses: TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia, etc.
• Maintain compliance with state and local mandates
• Document patient care and communicate with clinical team
