Requirements

• 5+ years experience in engineering operations
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows and best practices
• Proficiency with Jira, ADO/GitHub, or similar tools
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Facilitate acquisition integration of engineering teams and processes
• Operationalize access management for engineering resources
• Ensure consistent use of operational tools like Jira, ADO/GitHub, LinearB
• Manage vendor accounts and optimize engineering software/hardware costs
• Develop and maintain engineering policies and MiSOPs
