💼 About This Role

You'll evaluate and provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes, focusing on compensatory techniques to restore daily living skills. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at a faith-based non-profit with a century-long tradition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform initial evaluation and ongoing patient assessments
• Initiate and update plan of care per physician orders
• Provide skilled occupational therapy modalities
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy curriculum
• Current Ohio OT licensure
• Minimum of two years OT experience
• Valid Ohio driver's license and good driving record
