  • Lead a team of SDRs for multiple markets.
  • Coach team through 1:1s and performance feedback.
  • Own pipeline generation targets and quotas.
  • Act as player-coach during peak times.
  • Partner with AEs and Sales Leadership.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience.
  • 1-2 years of sales team leadership.
  • C2 English proficiency.
  • C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French.
