You'll lead a team of SDRs in a fast-paced SaaS greentech environment, driving pipeline generation and coaching reps. You'll shape a high-performance outbound culture and partner with sales leadership. This role offers the chance to scale a growing customer base at a VC-backed startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of SDRs for multiple markets.
- Coach team through 1:1s and performance feedback.
- Own pipeline generation targets and quotas.
- Act as player-coach during peak times.
- Partner with AEs and Sales Leadership.
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience.
- 1-2 years of sales team leadership.
- C2 English proficiency.
- C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French.
