🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full lifecycle of Care Pro complaints and escalations.
• Handle high-volume ticket processing (~100 tickets weekly).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot payroll and benefits issues.
• Oversee employee status changes and leave of absence requests.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years in HR
• Bachelor's degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience
