💼 About This Role

You'll provide loving, responsive care for infants in a safe, enriching environment. You'll collaborate with a co-teacher to plan age-appropriate activities and track developmental milestones. This role offers a supportive team and a warm, family-like setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with co-teacher to prepare curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe classroom environment.
• Engage with infants in free play, outdoor time, and daily routines.
• Track children's progress and complete developmental assessments.

📋 Requirements

• EEC Infant Toddler Certification or CDA required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of infant classroom experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 90% of the day.

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting.
