💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Associate Controller at a venture-backed startup building a privacy-centric cellular network. You'll maintain audit-ready books, own AP/AR, oversee financial reporting, and help transition accounting from outsourced to in-house. This role offers high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain audit-ready books and ensure accuracy of financials
• Own weekly bill pay and collection processes (AR/AP)
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Implement systems and automations to speed up month-end close

📋 Requirements

• CPA certification and understanding of ASC 606
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of big 4 experience
• Ability to create/edit journal entries in QBO
