Description

You will own employee lifecycle operations for the Europe region, act as a key contact for HR policies, and drive process improvements to support Consensys's global workforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR/People Operations
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Experience with HRIS (ADP or Workday preferred)
• Knowledge of European labor law and GDPR
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for Europe region
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain HRIS data
• Coordinate with Payroll on hires, terminations, and leaves
• Serve as primary contact for HR policies and compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation
