You'll own our unified tracking system across web and server environments, designing event architecture and writing tracking plans for SPAs. You'll partner with product on experimentation and performance analysis, blending technical depth with cross-functional leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain unified tracking across web and server (GA4, GTM, server-side).
• Write tracking plans for SPAs and marketing tools; own event structure end-to-end.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and consent management.
• Partner with product on experimentation, performance analysis, and lifecycle decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience with unified tracking (web and server), GA4, GTM, and server-side implementations.
• Strong data layer and event architecture design skills.
• Solid understanding of data engineering patterns and tools (AWS preferred).
• Working knowledge of front-end (JavaScript, React) and back-end (Node.js, TypeScript, PHP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Familiarity with databases (Redshift, PostgreSQL) and APIs.
• Understanding of consent management and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
