💼 About This Role

You'll respond to maintenance requests and carry out preventive tasks for a student living property in West Lafayette. You'll ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while delivering superior customer service. This role offers discretionary annual bonus and learning reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely manner.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning coils and lubricating equipment.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers, including basic appliance and plumbing repairs.
• Document work performed and parts used daily.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand 8+ hours per day and lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to access computer programs and use basic computer operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain within six months
• Experience with property maintenance
