🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead transition of RF designs into production with repeatable test processes
• Own calibration and maintenance of all RF test equipment
• Develop work instructions translating RF requirements into technician procedures
• Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure process reliability

📋 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals with hands-on VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator experience
• Experience developing and optimizing manufacturing and test processes
• Proven ability to manage calibration programs and maintain quality standards
• Clear communication across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with antenna measurements and anechoic chamber testing
• Familiarity with automated test scripting (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB)
• Exposure to Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
