Your core impact is to act as a trusted advisor, navigating complex regulatory and security environments to foster retention, adoption, and expansion. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with mission-critical public sector accounts in the emerging crypto compliance space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer outcomes for UK/Emea government portfolio from onboarding to renewal
• Lead strategic business reviews with law enforcement and intelligence agencies
• Develop tailored success plans aligning Elliptic's capabilities to mission objectives
• Monitor account health and proactively manage risks and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• British citizen due to UK Government security requirements
• Active UK Security Check (SC) clearance
• Demonstrated experience working with public sector customers
• Proven success managing and growing strategic accounts in customer success
