💼 About This Role

You'll provide person-centered support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community, ensuring their health and safety. You'll implement Behavior Support Plans and assist with daily living activities. This role offers increased independence and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consistent supervision and hands-on support for ADLs.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans to prevent and de-escalate behaviors.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and transport them.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes per compliance standards.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of direct support experience with developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in implementing IPP, ISP, and BSPs.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with complex behavioral or mental health needs.
• Prior training in Safety Care or crisis intervention.
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and clear communication skills.
