Description

You will lead consulting projects for Kaseya's IT Complete Suite, guiding SMB partners through implementations to ensure successful adoption and best-in-class service.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing technology implementations using software tools
• 1+ years MSP experience preferred
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA, RMM software and markets
• Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory
• Experience with Routing, Switching, Firewall/Edge technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and process integration services for new SMB partners using Kaseya's IT Complete Suite
• Serve as primary point of contact throughout implementation process
• Manage multiple partner implementation projects
• Conduct assessment of partner needs and explain product features
• Monitor partner use and adoption of software
