You'll own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for a Series A AI startup backed by Balderton Capital and Lightspeed. You'll partner with fellow CS professionals at leading global startups to drive value realization and strategic growth while influencing the product roadmap directly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end customer lifecycle, renewal, and expansion conversations
• Act as technical subject matter expert on platform integrations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
• Strong technical aptitude for explaining complex software
• Experience in fast-paced Series A environment
