Description

You will independently own end-to-end projects within Regulatory Product Operations, driving complex regulatory solutions by organizing problems into actionable milestones, balancing business and legal needs, and leading cross-departmental collaboration to keep Lyft compliant and competitive.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Program Management, Product Operations, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to own multiple project workstreams end-to-end with limited oversight.
• Proficient understanding of technical products and services.
• Able to interpret data and metrics; SQL or data visualization tools a plus.
• Strong communication skills; ability to summarize program areas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Independently drive projects of small to medium scope from ideation to delivery.
• Build technical knowledge of Lyft services, own updates and roadmaps for internal services.
• Improve processes, mitigate delays, and ensure proper prioritization based on business need.
• Assemble and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Build effective project core teams and mentor team members.
