Description

You will work with a diverse set of commercial clients to deliver strategic advice and solutions on major investments and transformations. You'll collaborate with experts, facilitate client working sessions, and support business development efforts. Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 3+ years client-facing experience in professional services or relevant industry
• Experience standing up and managing PMO organizations (Scrum/SAFe)
• Finance transformation experience with Close/Consolidation, FP&A, O2C, P2P, or Treasury
• Business transformation experience including process optimization (BPR, Six Sigma/Lean) or RPA

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic advice to C-Level executives on major investments and transformations
• Facilitate client working sessions including executive meetings and large group presentations
• Conduct current state assessments and build improvement roadmaps
• Develop and execute against clients' strategic initiatives
• Support business development across market analysis, client sourcing, and proposal development
