You will lead the visual direction of social-first storytelling for Roblox on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll concept and craft content that celebrates the platform, community, and creators, translating brand moments into engaging social narratives.

Requirements

• 4+ years in art direction or visual design focused on social/digital content
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, design systems
• Experience collaborating with motion designers and editors
• Deep familiarity with social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

Responsibilities

• Lead concept-driven art direction for social channels
• Develop platform-native ideas across short-form video, motion graphics, carousels, memes
