You'll develop and maintain the master production schedule for environmental test to support the build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. Your core impact is ensuring hardware readiness and seamless transitions from manufacturing to environmental test for Haven-1 program milestones. This role offers the chance to work on next-generation space stations at a company that has already flown its own spacecraft.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain master production schedule for environmental test.
• Coordinate with technical project managers to align test schedules with milestones.
• Track test equipment availability, technician capacity, and facility readiness.
• Generate weekly reports on schedule adherence and capacity utilization.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing or test environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and scheduling/tracking tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing/test environments.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, or similar planning tools.
