🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct daily cold field sweeps to acquire SMB merchants.
- Perform territory mapping and identify high-GMV opportunities.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain real-time CRM data integrity and pipeline management.
- Ensure partner activation within 48 hours of signing.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in 100% cold field sales hunter roles.
- Proven ability to hit monthly GMV quota of $18K+.
- History of consistently over-executing quota by 110%+.
- Deep mastery of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management.
