🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily cold field sweeps to acquire SMB merchants.
  • Perform territory mapping and identify high-GMV opportunities.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain real-time CRM data integrity and pipeline management.
  • Ensure partner activation within 48 hours of signing.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in 100% cold field sales hunter roles.
  • Proven ability to hit monthly GMV quota of $18K+.
  • History of consistently over-executing quota by 110%+.
  • Deep mastery of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management.
