🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze sales trends, inventory, and margin to achieve KPIs
• Research competitive landscape and conduct market research
• Foster relationships with vendors to maintain off-price position
• Mentor Merchandise Assistants for timely completion of work

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or retail
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
• Experience with merchandise software tools
