💼 About This Role

You'll join our Global Network Services team supporting enterprise network operations and troubleshooting infrastructure issues. You will assist in deployment and implementation activities across enterprise customer environments with hands-on LAN/WAN, Wireless, and SD-WAN experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise data and wireless networks.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Assist deployment and configuration of routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls.
• Monitor network health using SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime, or equivalent.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years hands-on network operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, HP, Palo Alto, Viptela or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Cisco Wireless technologies (WLCs, APs, 802.11 standards).

✨ Nice to Have

• CCNA certification preferred.
• CWNA or wireless certification.
• Exposure to Cisco ISE, DNA Center, or network automation (Python/Ansible).
