Your work ensures at least 20% of hires come from proactive sourcing, using data-driven pipeline tracking to refine your approach.

• Design and execute structured sourcing strategies with talent segmentation and market mapping.
• Act as trusted advisor to Directors and senior leaders using market insights and data.
• Drive data-driven delivery by tracking pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Engage high-level passive talent through personalised outreach and storytelling.
• Maintain operational excellence leveraging ATS tools (Ashby) and AI-driven sourcing technologies.

📋 Requirements

• Significant sourcing experience in-house, executive search, or agency environment.
• Proven track record of senior-level hiring with Director and VP-level stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach using insights to improve pipeline performance.
• Advanced proficiency with modern sourcing tools and AI for efficiency.
• Understanding of UK G&A talent market.
