You'll lead a Tooling Solutions rental facility, building and managing a high-performing team while driving branch profitability through operational excellence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and develop team members with regular performance evaluations
• Manage branch operations to maximize financial success and profitability
• Conduct monthly P&L reviews and monitor key metrics like utilization and receivables
• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing compliance with regulations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years rental industry experience, preferably in management
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
