You'll lead the design and development of scalable BI solutions at Tebra, an all-in-one EHR platform for independent healthcare practices. Your core impact will be building AI-enhanced insights and optimizing BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic analytics infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable BI solutions across the organization.
• Integrate AI-driven modeling like semantic layers and predictive analytics.
• Optimize performance of Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence, data engineering, or analytics.
• 3+ years hands-on with Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake.
• Strong SQL knowledge (T-SQL, PL/SQL).
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, finance, or tech industries.
• Certifications in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications.
