💼 About This Role

You'll own the vision, strategy, and execution of our Payments platform, the critical infrastructure powering billions in transaction volume. You'll define how Navan moves money, manages banking partnerships, and scales into new markets, with high visibility and the opportunity to shape corporate payments at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end experience for payments and payouts from configuration to settlement
• Build and manage intelligent systems optimizing speed, reliability, cost, and compliance
• Lead expansion of payments capabilities into new geographies with regulatory compliance
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing customer value, technical complexity, and risk

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of product management or equivalent experience
• Strong product taste, judgement, and design thinking
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals
• Strong systems thinking to design scalable infrastructure

• Experience with banking partnerships or embedded finance platforms
• Knowledge of international payments and regulatory frameworks
• Background in high-growth fintech or B2B financial services
