🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives with distributed teams in Romania and Bangalore.
• Drive adoption of scalable development principles and processes.
• Understand customer needs via telemetry, user interviews, and direct contact.
• Monitor team dependencies, remove roadblocks, and manage risks.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with proven track record of leading functional teams.
• Strong technical background in infrastructure, governance, observability, and model training.
• Builder mindset: roll up sleeves and execute, including using coding agents.
• First principles thinking with demonstrated ability to go from 0 to 1 quickly.

• Startup or frontier labs experience.
• Technical roles at Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google.
• Demonstrated history of building and shipping products from scratch.
