You'll design, deploy, and support enterprise-scale ArcGIS Enterprise systems with a focus on high availability, disaster recovery, and Kubernetes-based architectures. You'll work directly with customers to navigate complex IT environments and apply proven system engineering practices across Windows, Linux, and cloud deployments. This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in multiple deployment patterns and enterprise technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in enterprise migrations and architecture modernization efforts
• Conduct system challenge resolution and advanced troubleshooting
• Perform advanced ArcGIS Enterprise upgrades and deployments
• Lead customers using repeatable system engineering methods

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems
• Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise
• Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues in server-based systems
• Ability to consistently apply a systematic, best-practice-driven approach to system engineering

• Knowledge of or interest in additional ArcGIS technologies
• Practical experience with one or more major cloud providers
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or shell scripting
