You'll manage a book of business, driving retention and growth for cybersecurity clients while acting as a trusted advisor. Your core impact is ensuring clients realize value from MDR and IAM services through strategic reviews and proactive health monitoring. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage assigned clients to drive retention, growth, and expansion.
• Conduct quarterly and strategic executive business reviews.
• Monitor client health and coordinate internal responses to requests.
• Partner with Sales to align on customer objectives and contract milestones.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of prior Customer Success experience.
• Minimum 3 years of cyber security experience including EDR, SIEM, or frameworks like MITRE.
• Experience with MSSP Security Operations or Security Service Delivery.
• Project management experience with documented project completion artifacts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience presenting to C-Suite executives.
• Security certifications such as CISSP or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced MSSP environment.
