You'll design and optimize logistics processes for Cabify's last-mile operations in Colombia, turning bottlenecks into efficient workflows. You'll implement RPA and BI solutions using n8n, UiPath, Tableau, and Power BI to scale operations smartly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design TO-BE process models for end-to-end logistics flow.
• Implement RPA workflows using n8n and UiPath for last-mile operations.
• Build dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for real-time KPI monitoring.
• Facilitate adoption of AI and no-code tools across functional areas.

📋 Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, or Logistics.
• 1 year experience in Operational Excellence or Business Transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in Miro or Draw.io for BPMN diagrams.
• Intermediate/advanced skills in Tableau and Power BI.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with n8n, UiPath, or Apps Script automation.
• Interest in generative AI tools like Gemini.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
