💼 About This Role

You'll shape and execute demand generation strategies for private capital markets at Carta, working across product, sales, and marketing to drive pipeline and revenue. Your campaigns will help transition the industry from spreadsheets to a comprehensive ERP platform for fund CFOs. This role is central to Carta's mission of unlocking equity ownership broadly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute multichannel demand generation plans aligned with GTM teams
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize pipeline and conversions
• Collaborate with content teams to produce mid- to bottom-funnel assets
• Coordinate with events team to execute geo-targeted field marketing initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS or fintech
• Proven track record designing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and product teams
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
