You'll serve as a trusted advisor for midmarket customers using Complete's compensation platform, helping them maximize value and achieve measurable outcomes. You'll drive engagement through onboarding, training, and strategic check-ins while serving as the voice of the customer to product teams. This role offers high autonomy and impact at a YC-backed startup rethinking compensation.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with midmarket customers as their trusted advisor.
- Onboard new customers for a seamless setup and adoption experience.
- Drive engagement through regular check-ins, trainings, and best practices.
- Collaborate with customers to improve retention and compensation strategies.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role like Customer Success or Account Management.
- 3+ years experience in the tech industry, preferably at a startup.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while staying metrics-driven and goal-focused.
