You'll identify high-impact opportunities and prototype solutions for AI agents that write code. Your work will shape how Codex is adopted by leading companies. This role offers high autonomy to define new product directions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and execute on high-impact, ambiguous opportunities across the Codex ecosystem
• Prototype and ship agent-driven workflows, tools, and integrations
• Work directly with users to understand real-world developer needs
• Collaborate across research, engineering, and product to shape Codex capabilities

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineer with a proven track record of shipping projects end-to-end
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Interested in AI, but not necessarily an ML specialist

• Experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or internal platforms
• Experience working with APIs, automation, or workflow systems
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Codex, Copilot, Cursor)
