You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers, guiding the design and optimization of AI/ML workloads in large-scale GPU cloud environments. You'll collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams to drive customer success and product evolution in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customers on AI/ML workloads.
• Guide customers in designing scalable architectures for GPU cloud environments.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and give technical presentations.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and align capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as Solutions Architect, TAM, or similar in cloud/AI/ML infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in GPU computing including ML training and inference.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Python, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience with distributed AI/ML systems or HPC orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with deep learning technologies.
